DHL Elevated risk surcharge---applicable for Israel, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar from 3rd March 2026.

In relation to the DHL express Elevated Risk Surcharge (RSK) which is now applicable for Israel, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar.

 

• The RSK surcharge (Charge Code CA – Elevated Risk) will be activated effective March 3 and will remain in place until further notice for all shipments to and from Israel.

 

• The RSK surcharge will be activated effective March 5, and until further notice, for all shipments to and from Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.

 

• The charge applies only when shipping to or importing from a RSK country. 

 

• The surcharge is detailed in the excerpt attached further below.

 

• The situation is fluid – please expect further updates.
