Fuel Surcharge Update

We hope you are well.
As you may be aware, the ongoing conflict in the Middle East has
created significant instability in global energy markets, resulting in a sharp
increase in fuel costs over recent weeks.
Due to these market conditions and the substantial rise in
fuel-related charges across the industry, we will be introducing a fuel
surcharge of $0.85 per kg on all shipments, effective from 13th April.
Please note the following:

Frequent Adjustments: Fuel-related costs remain highly volatile, and surcharges
may be reviewed and adjusted on a weekly to fortnightly basis.
• Rate
Flexibility: Due to ongoing market fluctuations, all rates are subject to
change without prior notice.

Market Outlook: We expect continued volatility until global fuel supply
stabilises.
We understand that pricing consistency is important to your
business. Please be assured that we will continue to monitor the situation
closely and pass on any reductions as soon as conditions improve.
