Notice of Fuel Surcharge Reinstatement – Effective 1 September 2026

Dear Valued Customer,

We hope you are well.

As you may recall, we removed the BWW Services fuel surcharge (AU$0.85/kg) effective 1 August 2026 as soon as market conditions allowed. We were pleased to pass that reduction on to you immediately, and it remains our practice to do so whenever costs ease.

Regrettably, fuel and fuel-related charges have risen sharply again across the industry over recent weeks. We have absorbed as much of this increase as we can, and have held off on any adjustment for as long as possible. Unfortunately we are no longer able to sustain the full cost.

We will therefore be reinstating a fuel surcharge of AU$0.50 per kg on all shipments, effective 1 September 2026. Please note this is set well below our previous level of AU$0.85/kg, reflecting our intention to keep the impact on your business to a minimum.

Please also note:

• Ongoing review: Fuel costs remain volatile and the surcharge will continue to be reviewed on a regular basis.

• Immediate pass-back: As we did in August, we will reduce or remove the surcharge as soon as conditions allow.
